Step #1: Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session
This session will afford us both the opportunity to reflect on the impact your current marketing activities have – and more importantly – gain a much deeper insight into the direction, results and goals you want to achieve over the months ahead.
The Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session will involve the completion of a Business Healthcheck document, followed by a 90 minute telephone consultation.

Step #2: Monthly 60-minute Phone Consultations
This is where the work really starts and we critically focus on growing your business each and every month.
Each session will be part instruction and part discussion based. That is, each month I will teach you a very specific and results-driven marketing strategy applicable to your business, which will be underpinned with a destinct set of tactics and action points.
I will also use each session to discuss any current issues you have with running your business, for example, how best to refine and refocus your day-to-day marketing activities, as well as any other issues that come to the light during the daily course of running your business.

Step #3: A Quarterly Face-to-Face Business Development Day
We will meet face-to-face every three months to cover every facet of your business development. We will review the strategies discussed and implemented during our one-to-one telephone consultations, as well as determine and focus our approach during the coming months.
The quarterly face-to-face meetings are the perfect opportunity for us to dig even deeper into your business. Nothing is off limits. We can use it to review your promotional materials, activities, business development strategies. Each meeting will last for at least 6 hours.
Most importantly it affords you the opportunity to work directly with me – and work ‘on’ your business as opposed to ‘in’ your business; away from the day to day distractions and demands of running your own business.

Step #4: Ongoing Email Support There will be times between our monthly telephone consultations where you might need to run something by me, bounce some ideas around or generally need some direction and motivation.
With this is mind, I will also give you my personal email address so that you will be able to advise you on any immediate issues or challenges that you might like another opinion on. Similarly if I also come across and additional support or recommendations that I feel may support your business growth, then I will also pass these on to you.
I genuinely want you to feel that you have my full support at all times, and more importantly can get hold of me, when you need me.
